City of Evil- Avenged Sevenfold

O álbum 'City of Evil' é simplesmente ótimo, e é uma arte que definitivamente não tem música ruim, como se todas fossem totalmente conhecidas, muito escutadas e com razão, todas elas são muito boas. O álbum o pode até ser grande (tendo 75 minutos), mas o ouvinte não enjoa de ouvir. Não tem como definir o álbum em apenas uma música, mas é possível definir as músicas do álbum. Os 'Avenged Sevenfold' alcançam seu auge com esse álbum, vendendo mais de 2,500,000 em agosto de 2009 no mundo todo, e com os grandes sucessos 'Beast and the Harlot', 'Bat Country' e 'Seize the Day'. O álbum foi certificado como platinum record pela Associação de Indústria de Gravação da América. Apenas com esse certificado dá pra ter uma idéia de como é boa a gravação, com grande qualidade e perfeição. Quando se reclamava no 'Sounding the Seventh Trumpet' de má conexão entre os instrumentos, saída constante do ritmo, distorção bruta na guitarra, parece que nunca existiram nos Avenged Sevenfold com o lançamento desse álbum. A ponto de fazer sucesso e sempre estar entre as dez mais escutadas da semana, o 'City of Evil' alcançou 30° lugar no Top 200 Billboard. Em minha opinião, com tantos pontos positivos, o álbum poderia ser avaliado de maneira mais cautelosa e alcançar o 1º lugar, durando no mínimo cinco semanas. O uso de instrumentos alternativos ficam mais freqüentes a partir desse álbum, como o violoncelo e o teclado, onde temos como perfeito exemplo a música 'Strenght of the World', que praticamente é toda executada por esses instrumentos. O que também marca esse álbum, é a passagem dos vocais do Matt Shadows eda gritaria para a cantoria limpa total, ele deixa os gritos estridentes de lado devido à uma cirurgia, mas mesmo assim fica tão legal quanto, ou, melhor ainda que os álbum anteriores. Todas as músicas tem suas qualidades, posso definir cada uma aqui. 'Beast and the Harlot' ligeira; 'Burn it Down', 'Blinded in Chains' e 'Trashed and Scattered' maneiras, 'Bat Country' pesada, 'Seize the Day', essa tem mais o que falar, ela tem letra, melodia muito bonita e sentimental, 'Sidewinder' muito boa a última parte, a qual eu chamo Avenged Havaiano, 'The Wicked End' refrão muito bom, 'Strenght of the World' medieval, 'Betrayed' bonita e pesada, 'M.I.A' muito grande! The album 'City of Evil' is simply great, and it's definitely an art that has no bad songs, as if all were totally known around the world, heard and very rightly so, they are all very good. The album may even be large (75 minutes), but the listener does not get tired of it. It’s impossible to define the album in one song, but you can define the songs on the album. The 'Avenged Sevenfold' reaches its peak with this album, selling over 2,500,000 in August 2009 worldwide, and with the big hits ‘Beast and the Harlot', 'Bat Country' and 'Seize the Day'. The album was certified as platinum record by the Recording Industry Association of America. Only with this certificate gives you an idea of how good the recording is, with great quality and perfection. When we complained about the 'Sounding the Seventh Trumpet' bad connection between the instruments, the constant output rate, gross distortion on the guitar, it seems that never existed it in Avenged Sevenfold with the release of this album. The point to be successful and always be among the ten most listened of the week, the 'City of Evil' reached 30th place in the Billboard Top 200. In my opinion, with so many strengths, the album could be evaluated more cautiously and to reach the first place, lasting at least five weeks. The use of alternative instruments become more frequent in this album, like the cello and keyboard, as the perfect example where we have the song "Strength of the World', which is almost all played by these instruments. What also marks this album is the passage of the vocals of Matt Shadows from the screaming to the total cleaning vocals, it leaves the shrieks of hand due to surgery, but still look as cool as, or even better than the previous album. All song has its qualities, I can set each one here. 'Beast and the Harlot' slight, 'Burn It Down', 'Blinded in Chains "and" Trashed and Scattered' cool, 'Bat Country' heavy, 'Seize the Day', this one has more what to say, it has good lyrics, very beautiful melody and it is sentimental, 'Sidewinder' very good the last part, which I call Avenged Hawaiian, 'The Wicked End' very good chorus, 'Strength of the World' medieval 'Betrayed' pretty and heavy, 'MIA' too long!
